Inquiring as to whether an individual, convicted of a violent crime as defined in Section 16-1-60 and subsequently receiving a pardon in accordance with Title 24, Chapter 21 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended, would be eligible to purchase a pistol.
