Asking what state criminal offenses are “substantially similar” to the federal provisions in subparts (a), (b), and (c) of 26 CFR Parts 1 and 602, specifically its affect on a clerk of federal or state criminal court who receives more than $10,000 in cash as bail for any individual, and is therefore required to report such to the IRS.
