Asking if a 17 year-old could be charged with violation of S.C. Code Ann. Section 20-7-380 where there is evidence that the individual had been drinking when the officer stopped the vehicle, no one else was in the car, and, subsequently, during a routine inventory of the automobile, liquor was discovered in the trunk.
