Inquiring as to (1) the permissibility of an officer taping the conversation between himself and a subject he encounters either as a part of a stop, investigation, or arrest, (2) the admissibility of such tape-recorded statements in a subsequent prosecution of the subject, (3) the applicability of Miranda to this situation.
