Inquiring as to whether monies and proceeds from the sale of a vehicle which was forfeited as property associated with a drug case should be placed into the account associated with the agency to be utilized for drug enforcement purposes, as stated in S.C. Code Ann. Section 44-53-530(g) (Supp. 1993).
