Concerning several questions including the mayor’s power to run meetings, whether volunteer firefighters are considered employees of the town, if the mayor can be a volunteer firefighter, and if so can he hold an office within the fire department, and if he can hold an office, how this will affect his right as mayor to vote on issues dealing with the fire department that come before council.
