                Concerning whether a researcher can be compelled to testify regarding alleged violations of criminal law, the knowledge of which the researcher acquires while accumulating data. This opinion also addresses whether a researcher is obligated to come forward and report criminal activity, the knowledge of which the researcher acquires while accumulating data.
