Concerning whether the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department may visually strip search any arrestee who is brought into the secured area of the Lexington County jail and whether there is a difference in the type of search one may conduct if it is known at the time of booking that the arrestee will be released within a reasonable period of time and will not be place in the jail’s general population.
