Concerning the applicability of § 16-3-20(C)(a)(1)(I) [“the murder was committed while in commission of…(I) dismemberment of a person”] to a situation where the dismemberment occurred more than one month after the victim was killed and buried [ and the purpose of the killing was not for the dismemberment of the body].
