Regarding lobbying efforts on behalf of the Municipal Association of South Carolina (“MASC”). Specifically, concern in regard to “the issue of further incorporation [of municipalities] and legislative efforts to aid that incorporation as expressed in Senate Bill 318” and the fact that “MASC has taken an absolute position against the legislation.”
