Concerning four questions. Base compensation and the setting of salaries for Una Water District Commission. The proper recording procedure for the payment of per diem and mileage for auditing purposes. Should minutes be kept of all meetings of the Una Water District Commission, formal or informal. Under the Special Purpose District Legislation set in 1955 can they change the name of the district?
