Regarding the Equal Access to Interscholastic Activities Act, SC Code 59-63-100 (Supp. 2013), in the context of a home school student’s eligibility to continue to participate in an interscholastic activity at a certain school after moving to a residence that falls within the same school district but a different attendance boundary.
