Concerning whether or not an individual may simultaneously serve on the Georgetown County Parks and Recreation Commission (“PRC”) and the Waccamaw Equal Opportunity Council (“WEOC”) without violating the dual office holding prohibition contained in article XVII, section 1A of the South Carolina Constitution.
