(COLUMBIA, S.C.) - Oct. 26, 2018 - South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that 22 people have been indicted as a result of a State Grand Jury investigation into a multi-county methamphetamine trafficking organization that was largely operating in Berkeley, Dorchester, and Sumter Counties.  The State Grand Jury returned indictments alleging a methamphetamine trafficking conspiracy dating back to May 2015 and other offenses related to trafficking methamphetamine, distribution of cocaine, possession with the intent to distribute heroin and marijuana, firearms related charges, and other crimes.
