Attorney General’s Office issues guidance to law enforcement on Governor’s Executive Order

(COLUMBIA, S.C.) – March 24, 2020 - Today, the Attorney General’s Office sent a letter providing guidance to the State Law Enforcement Division, local law enforcement, and the public on the enforcement of Gov. Henry McMaster’s executive order for law enforcement to disperse groups of three or more people.
