Concerning the Oconee County Supervisor being indicted with three felony counts of embezzlement of public funds and one misdemeanor charge of misconduct in office, and if the county supervisor would be allowed to remain in office if acquitted of the felony charges but convicted of the misdemeanor or is a guilty verdict on the misdemeanor sufficient to constitute a violation subject to removal.
