Regarding the legality involving confiscations of students’ personal cell phones by school staff/administration, and the subsequent “searching, reading and looking at the contents of the cell phone.” Specifically following an incident where school staff/administration observed “sexting,” inappropriate adult photographs (not pornographic), and inappropriate conversations.
