Regarding the options SC Department of Employment and Workforce has to prevent bias if a party on appeal has previously worked closely with the Appeal Tribunal and Appellate Panel. Specifically asking what ability the agency has “to avoid the Appellate Panel but still be in compliance with S.C. Code Ann. 41-35-690.”
