Regarding “solicitation” by bail bondsmen or runners pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §38-53-170 (f). Specifically, whether a bail bond licensee’s display of the name of the bonding company and telephone number on his vehicle when the vehicle is left on the premises of a detention center, or a bondsman wearing clothing which displays similar information, constitutes “solicitation?”
