Regarding “whether a case written on a Uniform Traffic Ticket (“UTT”) may be scheduled for trial within 10 days of the arrest (§5-7-90), or no sooner than 10 days after the arrest (§56-5-6220)?” Also, “whether §5-7-90 applies to all persona charged, or to persons unable to make bail and remain incarcerated?”
