Regarding, “…the impact of a pardon upon an individual required to register as a sex offender.” Specifically, “in the light of the recent Court of Appeals Opinion in Brunson v. Stewart should the Sheriff require an individual currently registering as required by law to continue to register after receiving a pardon.”
