Concerning the Office’s interpretation of the Equal Access to Interscholastic Activities Act, S.C. Code § 59-63-100, as it applies to child who is taken out of a public school and home schooled. Specifically, whether such a child must complete one year of home schooling under the Act before he or she may participate in interscholastic activities.
