(COLUMBIA, S.C.) – Feb. 25, 2021 – South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of Morris Emory Pate, 51, of St. George, S.C., on 20 charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors. Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators with the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest. Investigators with the S.C. Attorney General’s Office, also a member of the state’s ICAC Task Force, assisted with the investigation. (COLUMBIA, S.C.) – Feb. 24, 2021 – South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that former SCANA CEO Kevin Bryan Marsh waived presentment and pled guilty today to a State Grand Jury indictment for violation of South Carolina Code Ann. Section 16-13-240(1) (Obtaining Signature or Goods by False Pretense over $10,000). This crime is a felony and is punishable by up to ten years in prison. The Honorable J.
