Regarding the necessity of DHEC Drug Control Bureau Inspectors and special agents holding State Constable commissions and whether these individuals are subject to the training and certification requirements of Sections 23-23-10 et seq. of the Code, as well as the training policies and requirements established by SLED for State Constables.
