Attorney General Alan Wilson announces Oconee Co. man sentenced to 15 years for crime against minor

(COLUMBIA, S.C.) – South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that Joshua Logan, 35, of Oconee County, was sentenced today to 15 years in prison, the maximum allowed, by the Honorable Lawton McIntosh. Logan pleaded guilty to one count of Disseminating Obscene Material to a Minor under 12 Years of Age.

Logan showed pornography to a minor who was 10 years of age. Logan will be required to register as a sex offender upon release. 

Assistant Attorney General Kinli Abee prosecuted the case and Assistant Attorney General Megan Raymer handled the plea.
