Concerning the specific definition of the term “handicapped person,” as defined in Section 2-7-35, S.C. Code of Laws (1976) and which diseases are included in this category. The opinion also addresses what effect, if any, Section 2-7-35 has upon Section 43-33-560 which specifically refers to disease.
