The South Carolina Silent Witness Story

South Carolina State House Grounds
A solemn ceremony to remember those who died as a result of domestic violence during 2015.
During the ceremony, Attorney General Wilson will call the name of each fatal domestic violence victim from the previous year. Friends and family members will place silhouettes on the state house steps which represent the victims. An additional silhouette will represent the unknown victims.
