Attorney General Alan Wilson announced today that Daniel J. Ladd, 42, of 1119A Franklin Street in Hartsville, South Carolina was arrested on January 14, 2011, by the Hartsville Police Department and the Darlington County Sheriff's Office on child pornography charges.
