Attorney General Alan Wilson announced today that on February 7, 2011, the Mt. Pleasant Police Department with assistance from the Horry County Sheriffs' Office and the Myrtle Beach Police Department arrested Randy David Bell, 29, of 590 Highway 57 South, Little River, SC.
