The Special Prosecution Division handles the prosecution of criminal cases throughout the state. This includes sexual assault, child abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking, law enforcement issues, Medicaid provider fraud, and Medicaid recipient fraud. This division also includes programming, education, and task-forces for Human Trafficking and Violence Against Women.
