As to the status of this local legislation, in light of adoption of the Home Rule Act (Act No. 283, 1975 Acts and Joint Resolutions) and several ordinances pertaining to the Hospital adopted by Lexington County Council following the Home Rule Act. Specifically, whether the Board of Trustees must still carry out the requisition of Act No. 515 of 1971 and, if so, whether the required approval would come from the Lexington County Councilor Lexington County Legislative Delegation.
