Concerning how the SC Code § 43–13–60 (1976) affects confidentiality requirements imposed upon the Department of Social Services by Titles IV–A, IV–B, and XX of the Social Security Act by requiring the agency to furnish information to the South Carolina Foster Care Review Board concerning matters involving foster care services in South Carolina.
