On whether the Division of Economic Opportunity should approve a request from Midlands Human Resources Development Commission to pay overtime to Ms. Dina Price in the sum of $791.58 for documented overtime work by her from January 5, 1981, through June 20, 1981, in the administration of the Home Energy Assistance Program.
