Concerning whether a circuit or municipal court judge could require a defendant sentenced to a term of probation to make, as a part of the sentence imposed by the court, a contribution to "Crime Stoppers" or to reimburse "Crime Stoppers" for funds expended by such organization in association with the defendant's case.
