Concerning the legality of the actions that may be taken by the Capital Project Sales Tax Commission subsequent to the actions that may be taken by the Capital Project Sales Tax Ordinance as presented. Specifically, would it be legally permissible for the Commission to reconvene of its own volition and accord to discuss the actions taken by Beaufort County Council.
