Concerning three questions. Can health authorities require an individual to submit to an examination over his objection? Can health authorities examine an individual held in a county jailor detention center awaiting a bond hearing? Can a magistrate delay a bond hearing for a period of twenty-four hours to allow the health authorities time to examine an individual?
