On the question of whether a person concurrently holding positions as a member of the Board of Trustees for Lexington County School District No. 1 and Chief of Demographics for the Research and Statistical Services Division of the Budget and Control Board would be in violation of the provisions in the South Carolina Constitution prohibiting dual office holding.
