Concerning whether the present provisions dealing with the payment of alimony are violative of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution, and if a final decree awarding alimony can be collaterally attacked on the basis that the decree was made pursuant to a statute which is subsequently determined to be unconstitutional.
