On two questions: (1) Does the Clover Recreation Association constitute a ‘public body’ so as to be subject to the Freedom of Information Act? (2) Is the request (by a resident of Clover) to inspect all books and records of the Clover Recreation Association a valid request which must be honored under the Freedom of Information Act?
