On enclosed Indictment for violations of Section 8-1-80, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, against members of the Beaufort County Board of Education and County Superintendent of Education concerning crimes of moral turpitude such that these officers should be suspended pursuant to Article VI, Section 8 of the South Carolina Constitution.
