Concerning the validity of municipal ordinances regulating fireworks. Specifically, whether such regulation is preempted by State law providing for the regulation of fireworks in S.C. Code §§ 23-35-10 et seq., and if the “Fireworks Prohibited Zones” established in § 23-35-175 constitute the only areas where the discharge of Fireworks can be banned.
