Concerning (1) whether a dual office holding situation exists if a member (and chairman) of the Dorchester County Election Commission simultaneously serves as a member of the State Council on Vocational and Technical Education (2) whether a dual office holding situation exists if a member of the Dorchester County Election Commission simultaneously serves as chairman or a member of the Dorchester County Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (3) whether a dual office holding situation exists if a member of the Dorchester County Voter Registration Board simultaneously serves on the Berkely-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments and the Dorchester County Economic Development Board.
